WC 'not told of bypass decision'.

Wiltshire Council is upset because it learnt about the rejection of its application to build the Westbury bypass from the Wiltshire Times.

The official letter from the government was for some reason sent to the old Kennet DC offices in Devizes, presumably because civil servants don't understand the geography of the new WC.

The council is still waiting for its letter, which at this moment is probably sitting in somebody's inbox in Devizes.
