The Westbury and District Twinning Association - £2,662 - The group will hold a 30th anniversary event to celebrate their town being twinned with towns in France. The project will involve a day trip and evening event for members, people from the community and visitors from France, with a view to encouraging new members to join the group. . Friends of Southwick Country Park - £10,000 -To fund an arts festival in Southwick Country park, which the Friends hope will encourage greater use of the park. The grant will contribute towards marquee hire, performers, advertising, stage, PA system and lighting, first aid cover, toilet facilities, stewarding, set-up and security. . Melksham Arts For All - £6,101 - A programme of free arts events leading up to and culminating in a two day community arts festival. The grant will pay for venue hire, publicity, festival equipment, materials, event insurance, volunteer expenses and first aid cover. . Atworth Village Hall and Recreation Ground - £4,635 - A project to improve the toilet facilities at the village hall. The rear entrance of the premises, which backs onto fields used by the community for recreational purposes, will also be repaired allowing for easier access. . The grants have been made by 'Awards for All England'.
