'cautiously welcome', 'predictors of beaconicity', 'strategic priorities', worklessness' and 'under-capacitated? Well these and many others are likely to be on the Local Government Association list of banned words when it's released tomorrow on the LGA website. Will there be cashable benefits from this tranche of learning outcomes, you may well ask. Or might it be an improvement lever for a more meaningful trialogue with our tenants and residents? </description>
